Our goal at Crossing Star is to make sure you love your product and that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Here are some quick answers to any questions you might have about returns or lost items. Please email us at

What if I sent my purchase to the wrong address?

All purchased items will be sent to the ship-to address you input on your order. If the wrong address was listed as your ship-to address, an email may be sent to Crossing Star to request correction.  Please list "Ship-To Address Correction" as the subject of the email, and include your Order Number and Tracking Number in the body of the email. If a Correction email is not sent IMMEDIATELY after purchase, the shipping address cannot be changed and Crossing Star is not liable for items sent to the wrong address. 

What if my purchase is lost or stolen at delivery? 

Crossing Star is not responsible for items that have been lost or stolen during the delivery process. We will however get in contact with our courier to see if the package can be traced. Please e-mail Crossing Star with the subject, “Item Stolen or Lost”, and include your  Order Number and Tracking Number in the body of the email. An email must be sent within 1 week after items estimated delivery date for Crossing Star to trace package.

What if my item comes damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please email Crossing Star to receive replacement, exchange or return.  The subject should read “Item Damaged” and the body of the email should include: i) Order Number ii) description of damages iii) photo of damages iv) your preference for replacement, exchange, or return, v) if applicable, description of item of same value for exchange.  You have 3 days after your item arrives to report any damages.

What if I want to return my purchase? 

Please email Crossing Star with “Returning Purchase” as the subject line, and include your Order Number and reason for return in the body of the email.  Crossing Star will email you within 3 business days return shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges when returning an item. You have 4 weeks to return your purchase from the date of order if you are not satisfied for any reason.
